I offer individual psychotherapy for adults and older adults.
The types of concerns that I address in my practice include, but are not limited to:
- Life transitions- for example relational or job loss, graduation, retirement, empty-nesting, relocation
- The interplay of physical health concerns and your mental well-being
- Grief and loss
- Depressive illnesses
- Anxiety conditions
- Trauma/P.T.S.D.
All sessions are virtual and offered over a secure video platform.
I am licensed in California and therefore, clients must be located in the state at the time of service.
The best way to see if we are a fit to work together is to contact me for a free 15-minute telephone consultation.
Fee structure
I offer a flexible “Pay What You Can” fee structure for individual psychotherapy. I understand that financial circumstances vary, and I strive to ensure that therapy remains accessible. If you’re unable to pay my full fee, we can determine an amount that aligns with your financial means and recovery intentions. My aim is to prioritize your mental health and well-being while balancing any financial constraints.
It is also important that the concern you would like addressed is within my scope of practice and is something with which I can genuinely assist you. If it is not, I will connect you with therapist colleagues who work with your particular concern. Contact me to discuss how we can work together to ensure you receive the support you need at a price you can afford.
Standard Session Fee:
$200 per 60-minute session; $300 per 90-minute session
Initial Consultation Fee:
$320 for the initial 90-minute consultation session
